  Tame animals in the New System ™

  so i was thinking about this whole idea of animals being tame and getting along with each other and how the wts depicts this in their artwork.

  i'm having a major issue with this.

  how far down the food chain would this go?

  Just make sure all the humans are wearing meeting clothes because we all know to be holy, you have to be dressed in them. I'm looking forward to an eternity of wearing tight-collared dress shirts while I hoe my own garden.

  No, you're thinking of own of his famous 1975 talks I think. He suggested that Adam might have thought about doing it with animals so God decided to cook up a woman for him.

  Branch offices in Europe are closing

  i have from a safe source that the bethel branch office in austria, ireland, italy and switzerland are closing down in the near future.

  most of the business will be taken care of from the german bethel.

  nothing is said thru official channels yet, but there is no reason to doubt my source.. can anyone tell more about this topic?.

  Yeah, they play both ends of any news as "Jehovah's blessing". It's all such complete and utter bullshit. It still makes me angry that they accept it all. They have totally shut their brains off. Sick.

  aside from a song or two at the memorial the last few years, i haven't been exposed to any kingdom songs in a long time (5+ years) yet certain lyrics keep popping into my head quite frequently.. "there is joy in the service for all, it's the work jesus did you'll recall".

  One song that is particularly disturbing to me now is the one that had lyrics about 10,000 falling at your very side, yes thousands at your right hand, etc.... and how glorious it will be to see this wholesale slaughter.

  Did "Move Ahead" make it to the new songbook? Does anybody still on the inside know if the news songs are being well received by the rank and file? I wonder what bullshit reason they came up with for the need to replace the songbook.

  There are others but those are the ones that most frequently inhabit my head. I've even been known to sing the lines to my new (non-Witness) wife. Is there ever going to be an end to this? Is this the result of the deep conditioning and programming? I grew up in it so I've heard these lines countless times.

  I went to the Memorial this year. I'm not sure about next year. The only reason I would go is that I do feel it's a small way of acknowledging the value of Jesus' sacrifice.

  One of the last circuit assemblies I went to was one in which meeting the national average in field service was constantly emphasized. It just sickened me. It wasn't about love or Christianity, it was all about statistics.

  I Am Taking Up Auxilliary Pioneering in September.

  this is gonna be my very first time as a ms.. i'll be on leave for about 3 weeks.. our cong.

  is still up and coming, and there is a need for brothers.

  right now there is only one elder, 2 ms's including me.. elder told me if i work hard enough and display my love for jehovah, then they will make me an acting secretary in no time.so i am working my a*s off to get that "position".. .
